Final output style, rhythm, and tone may differ slightly due to the creative nature of music production.

No Refund Policy (Strict)

IMPORTANT: ForeverTunes follows a strict NO REFUND policy.

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products: Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it CANNOT be cancelled.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with creative style
Delay in delivery
Incorrect details provided by the customer
Failure to respond during revision stages

By completing your payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that you are not eligible for any refund or chargeback.

The use of such technologies does not affect the originality, ownership, or licensing terms stated in this agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during order submission.
Ensure all uploaded materials (photos, voice notes, content) are owned by you or authorized for use.
Review drafts within a reasonable time frame.
Respond promptly to any clarification requests from our team.

ForeverTunes is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Intellectual Property

All music, compositions, arrangements, and designs produced remain the intellectual property of ForeverTunes unless otherwise specified.

Customers receive personal usage rights for their purchased audio.

Commercial usage rights must be explicitly purchased or agreed upon separately.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the music without written permission.

Delivery & Access

Final music files will be delivered via secure download link, email, or WhatsApp.

Download links may be time-limited.

ForeverTunes is not responsible if the customer fails to download within the provided period.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Service Limitations

ForeverTunes does not guarantee:
Absolute satisfaction with subjective creative output
Specific emotional impact or recipient reaction
Exact resemblance to sample tracks

Art is subjective, and all creations are crafted based on best professional judgment.

Suspension of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service if:

Misuse of platform is detected
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Customer behaves abusively toward our team

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
